Co-operative Activities- Young generation is often engaged in their peer groups. They learn a lot among peer groups. So teachers must need to organize some activities which can accomplish in groups only. During groups activities, children can help each other and learn to lead the programs or activities. Every child put their efforts into the activities and it also develops the importance of cooperation among team. So that they can understand the need for co-operation among the team. 

Audio-Visual Ads- It is a wonderful technique not only for children but also for adults. Children don’t take so much interest while reading books but they take interest in audio-visual ads. Audio-visual ads help us to enhance interest among learners and when we make learning interesting for them they will show a good attitude towards learning so we just need to promote this type of technique in playschool.  

Play-way method- Play-way method is proposed by Fabric Frobel whose impact can be seen today also. According to him, children love to play and they learn informally during play. The play-way method not only develops knowledge but abilities also. This method also enhances various aspects such as physical social and cognitive which is useful to develop the personality of the child. 

Encourage after success:- We should encourage children when they complete any task. When we encourage them they feel motivated and then they try to do something new and put in some extra effort for getting appreciation. It also helps us to develop divergent thinking among learners.
